Complaints Handling Policy Conflict of Interest and Personal Transaction Policy Samag Europe Remuneration Policy SAMAG ESG Policy SAMAG Europe GDPR Policy Voting Rights PolicySAMAG Europe S.à r.l. promotes a culture of integrity, transparency and sound governance and encourages the reporting of actual or suspected breaches of applicable laws, regulations, internal policies or professional standards.
This whistleblowing framework has been established in accordance with the Law of 16 May 2023 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law, implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1937, and taking into account the governance expectations under CSSF Circular 18/698.
Reports may be submitted by persons who obtained information in a work-related context, including employees, former employees, applicants, members of management bodies, shareholders, contractors, service providers and other relevant stakeholders.
Reports should be made in good faith and contain sufficient information to allow appropriate assessment and follow-up.
